The world didn’t need another agency, so we didn’t start one. What we did do was challenge an industry overwhelmed by hubris and defined by a solution in search of a problem. Most agencies are simply an amalgam of individual competing agents with no incentive to communicate or collaborate. They are sales driven organizations that by their very structure and culture, cannot be client centric. They squander the opportunity to develop cumulative knowledge and true enterprise value. The marketplace simply deserved better and PALM DRIVE was our solution and our vehicle.
Anthony Spiegel
Originally from Beverly Hills, California and for the past 21 years, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA. In 1997, I moved to Maranello, Italy to work for Ferrari S.p.A. and designed the distribution system for Maserati. After working for Sunrise Company in Palm Desert, California building country club communities, I moved to Las Vegas in 2005, serving as the Director of Business Development for the Sands Corporation where I helped bring Jersey Boys, Barneys of New York and other concepts to the world-famous Strip. In 2016, I became Executive Vice President for EHB Companies, a real estate development company focused on new residential, retail and multifamily development and today I run PALM DRIVE, the only “change agency” in Las Vegas, uniquely positioned to handle the prime and super-prime markets, which prior to 2021, did not exist.
